All hotels can only be sold from 7th to 11th Sept (minimum stay 4 nights), if not differently agreed.

* The hotel rooms marked with * can only be sold from 6th to 11th Sept (minimum stay 5 nights). All the changes will be charged in full.
Extra nights are allowed.

Free courtesy transfer included from the hotel to the conference site and viceversa everyday olny for the opening and the closing of the meeting.
Schedule may vary depending on the hotel.

Free courtesy transfer not included. The connection from hotel to conference site is easily possible by public transportation.
